Life's Sweeter
With Bloom.
Artisan pastries, sourdough breads, and cakes made from scratch every single morning โ soft branding, fresh flavors, and the kind of bakery people drive out of their way for.
โ โ โ โ โ neighborhood favorite ยท small batch daily ยท usually sells out by noon
Our Story
Baked fresh every morning since 2009.
Sweet Bloom started in a home kitchen on Elm Street. Owner Maria Chen had been baking for neighbors for years before her daughter finally convinced her to open a shop.
Fifteen years later, it still runs the same way: small batch, real ingredients, and everything made before sunrise so itโs perfect when the first customer walks in.
No shortcuts. No additives. Just butter, flour, love, and an alarm set for 3:30am.

People Love Bloom
Soft branding is nice. Repeat customers are better.
โThe cinnamon rolls are the reason I get out of bed on Saturday mornings. Iโve driven 45 minutes specifically for them. Absolutely no regrets.โ
โMaria made our wedding cake and everyone at the reception asked for her card. It was stunning and tasted even better than it looked.โ
โI moved here two years ago and Sweet Bloom was the first thing that made this town feel like home. The sourdough alone is worth the commute.โ
โThe branding is adorable, but the reason we keep coming back is because everything actually tastes homemade in the best way possible.โ
